Movement Discoveries is a therapy and rehabilitation center dedicated to providing high quality programs and services for children ages birth to adolescence. Our mission is to help children maximize their potential through effective programs that increase independence, develop and enhance functional skills, and accelerate progress.

Our team of experienced and talented therapists have been providing care to children from around the San Francisco Bay Area, across the State and beyond since 2004. Location of Services:

In addition to center-based, many of our services can be provided at the school-site, or at the convenience of the home.

Funding, Payment and Billing for Services:

Movement Discoveries accepts private pay and can bill any PPO or similar insurance health plans.   

We are a California Certified Non-Public Agency (NPA).

We are also vendored with the Golden Gate Regional Center for individual physical therapy, occupational therapy, and for center-based Group Infant Development Program services for children birth to three.   We also provide deeply discounted self-pay rates for GGRC families with children ages birth to three interested in these services.

Grants for therapeutic services are available for low-income families living in the Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco and San Mateo counties.  Next submission deadline is August 10th.
